The Spa at THAI, is an affordable, neighborhood day spa located in central urban Austin, Texas. The spa house is a charming 1950's farmstead that once housed a family owned produce business. We continue this tradition of sharing the produce of the earth by infusing our handcrafted spa treatments with seasonal organic herbs grown in our own gardens.

The Spa at THAI, welcomes you to focus on your health, relaxation, and personal grounding while partaking in bodywork therapies influenced by the ancient healing traditions of cultures from around the world. At the day spa, we offer a variety of spa and massage services. We specialize in providing effective massage and bodywork, and offer several modalities from which to choose to suit your physical and spiritual preferences.

Included in our day spa menu are deep tissue massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, pain relief massage, Thai body and foot massage, pregnancy massage, couples massage and Arvigo Maya Abdominal Massage. Spa treatments include mud wraps, body wraps, hot stone massage, salt glows and body polishes, aromatherapy, and ginger detox packs. For individuals with specific requests, we will be pleased to create a spa package tailored just for you!

To enhance your day spa experience, bring your swimsuit and enjoy our outdoor courtyard with a large hot tub, cold water affusion, and outdoor hot & cold showers. Roam through our many organic herb gardens, or simply relax beneath a beautiful pecan tree with a good book...
